Consultation FAQ

A consultation is a working conversation. We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and current situation, and I’ll walk you through the process step by step. When appropriate, we’ll also review the purchase agreement together so you understand how it works, what it requires, and how it protects your interests.

No. An initial consultation is complimentary and designed to help you make informed decisions about next steps.

Not at all. Many clients reach out months before making a move. The consultation is meant to provide clarity and context, regardless of where you are in the process.

Most consultations take 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your questions and whether we review documents such as the purchase agreement.

No. My approach is education-first. Any documents we review are discussed for understanding—not pressure. If we decide to move forward together, you’ll always have time to review and consider your options before signing anything.

Nothing formal is required. If you have questions, concerns, or a general idea of your goals, that’s more than enough. If you already have documents you’d like to review, you’re welcome to bring those as well.

That’s perfectly okay. The purpose of the consultation is clarity—whether that leads to working together or simply helps you decide on a different path.
