Meet Ryan
I’ve spent my entire life in the Hoosier State. I was born in Warsaw, Indiana, and moved with my family to the south side of Tippecanoe County in 1979.
At the time, Veterans Memorial Parkway was still a short stretch of gravel road known as 350 South, and Sonya Margerum had just been elected mayor of West Lafayette.
Over the past four decades, Tippecanoe County has grown and prospered—and I’ve been here for all of it. While I’m based in Tippecanoe County, I work with buyers and sellers throughout the surrounding counties as well. Real estate has always been part of my life. As a teenager, I spent weekends and summers working alongside my father, building decks and fences throughout the county. After high school, I managed the daily operations of our family’s construction business.
I earned my real estate license in 1998 and began my career as a buyer’s agent, later opening my own hardwood flooring business where I continued to build a reputation grounded in honesty and integrity.
My professional background extends well beyond real estate. With more than fifteen years in the retail industry and eleven years in foodservice, I learned the difference between basic customer service and the art of genuine, selfless Hoosier hospitality—showing up prepared, listening first, and doing what’s right even when it’s inconvenient.
After earning my Bachelor of Science in Accounting, I was recruited to teach accounting fundamentals to college students. That experience reinforced how much clarity and education matter when people are making important decisions. Today, I bring that same patience and teaching mindset to every client relationship, helping buyers and sellers understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, learning, and working in and around my home. I love to travel and explore new places. My teenage son, Camden, especially enjoys our trips to the beaches along Florida’s southwest Gulf Coast, while my adult daughter, Taylor, shares my love for all things Disney. I’m also looking forward to future international travel with my husband, Noah.
Why I Do This
I believe buying or selling a home should feel informed, steady, and intentional—not rushed or pressured. For many people, real estate decisions carry financial, emotional, and family implications that extend far beyond a single transaction. My role is to slow the process down, ask the right questions, and help my clients see the full picture so they can make decisions they feel confident about—not just today, but years from now.
Fiduciary Mission Statement
My role is to serve as a trusted fiduciary—providing clear guidance, honest counsel, and education-driven support so my clients can make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
